Golf Performance Training
NEW: Group Workouts led by Matt Scelfo
Designed to push you to new levels of explosiveness using ground force to maximize movements as much as possible. Whether it be running, swinging a golf club, tennis racket or bat, this workout will increase your rotational speed. For the most effective results, it's recommended that athletes attend an equal amount of upper body (Tuesdays) and lower body (Thursdays) workouts so that they can symmetrically improve on all levels. Payments made on site at the Dustin Johnson Performance Center.
($10 per session / Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8pm)

Train like a PGA Tour player with a one-on-one private training session administered by a TPI Certified Instructor.
($80 per session / $350 five sessions)
